The food is delicious

My girlfriend and I ate Friday night at 7 pm, Food is always excellent, but I wanted to tell you about your server his name was Mike, he told us he has only been with you less than 3 weeks we did not believe him, He was the best server we have ever had at any restaurant we have ever been to. He was humble when we told him and said hes just doing what Papa's hired him to do.. He greeted us right away, he told us about the daily special's we asked what he recommended, he told us his favorites and what he sold more of that night, then he suggested an entree for both of us after asking a few questions about what we like.. I said what if I dont like it he said I can pretty much guarantee from what you have told me you will, he said he knows the owner, the cooks and they make excellent dishes. He had a lot of confidence, not only did he give us great service We loved what he recommended. We watched him run food for other servers then run and get what that table asked for like ketchup, butter before he went back attending to his customers. He suggested desserts but we were full. he walked through that restaurant always looking at tables that were clearly not his and cleared off dishes refilled drinks when the other servers were no where to be found. I give him 10 STARS. He now has 2 regulars and we will tell all out friends to ask for him if hes working that day. At the end I said to him with a straight face Id like to see your MGR, he looked right at me and said was there a Problem with your food, my girl friend said what if it was about the service he chuckled and said my names Mike ask for me next time you come, he wasn't even worried because he gave excellent service but was still humble about it., we even told the MGR lady in the blue shirt. I really hope our next visit to Papa's he can wait on us again even if theirs a wait for his area, we will wait. Mike my friend you have 2 new satisfied customers.

Came in to get 2 pieces of cake to take home for dessert. No prices noted. When she rang up the bill, I was floored to be charged $12+ . I asked and she said $5.99 each +. I should have refused and didn't. I called when we finished dinner and let them know the exorbitant cost as well as the mediocre lemon cake which I was told was a special order cake, rather small slices as well!
