Nightmare waitress cussed us out wouldn't give us are drinks had to leave or I would do something bad.never had a junkie waitress that refused me I'm handicap and im might sue I rec all she said.screw watkinsville wh the worst ever

Waffle House is always open and it serves amazing breakfast

I go to this Waffle House almost daily. I have been going daily since this Waffle House opened.The service has deteriorated to the point I have decided to stop going. I went this morning and ordered a sandwich which I always do. I waited for a while and didn't complain. I then realized that walk -ins came and left with their food, but my food was not being prepared. I questioned what was going on and I was told a manger had called in an order for 100 biscuits to go which made them way behind.
I waited approximately 45 minutes before I got my sandwich. On a Saturday, I typically have a full day planned. Spending and hour eating breakfast because management placed a special order, but did not have the staff to prepare the order and service the customer sends the message. Loyal customers don't matter. I have noticed most of the loyals don't come anymore, and I have heard them say that service is too bad to continue to come. I understand why they no longer come.
They did give me my food free, but I don't come to get free food nor do I come to walk away frustrated. I have bought groceries for breakfast and intend on eating at home from now on. I think you should consider closing this Waffle house until it gets the attention it needs to properly serve the customers.
