I have enjoyed your cookies since I was 8 yrs. old. I am now 70. All of your baked goods are the very best. They bring back so many memories and are a part of Christmas at our house. Please keep baking! I cannot imagine the world without Ryals Bakery.

I give this bakery 1 star because they have terrible customer service. The food is good though. I went in quite a few times, and when I went in, there were 4 people behind the counter. 2 of them didn't look up from their cell phones. The other one just stared off into space, no greeting, no offer to help. The only friendly person there was the older lady. She served me every time, and she is friendly. The other 3 young girls could use a slap in the face and a kick up the a** as a reminder of how to treat a customer.

I used to love this bakery when it was Kirkpatrick's Bakery. I have gone to this bakery since I was a kid (25+ years) and it was the best. But, ever since Ryals took over the business, it has gone straight down hill! The people there are not friendly AT ALL. I could get better service at a gas station! And the bakery products are sometimes stale, actually a LOTof the time they are stale. For example, I visited Milledgeville around Thanksgiving and went there & purchased a caramel cake. It looked ok, but when I cut it, the caramel just fell off the cake and the inside of the cake was hard as a brick. I went back in to talk to someone and the owner was called and she said, "When you buy it, it's yours". She was very rude and would not offer me anything in return. I will NEVER buy anything else from this bakery and I will tell everyone I come in contact with to NEVER GO THERE!!!
BAD BUSINESS & BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
