During our trip to Palm Springs, we were exhausted from the road and opted to stay at the hotel. Natalie, our server at the bustling bar, was attentive and served delicious specialty drinks. The Aviator cocktail was a favorite, and the meals prepared by Les, especially the blackened chicken thighs and bison meatloaf, were flavorful and satisfying.
