The Supper Club just outside Green Bay offers a wonderful dining experience with an inviting atmosphere and attentive staff. With a diverse menu featuring delicious steaks and unique cocktails, it truly captures the essence of a classic Wisconsin supper club that my family and I thoroughly enjoyed.

If you are going to be a place that takes 4 hours from the time you walk in till you leave to have dinner it should be excellent. From your hostess not know how to quote an accurate time to no one being apologetic or trying to explain why so long for the time because you are understaffed. Then the icing was food wasn't good and staff had the nerve to state as we are leaving "finally" like we were just sitting there taking up their time. I wouldn't of been as upset if someone had taken the time to explain the situation in the beginning middle or anything but no seemed to be in charge just lots of excuses. If you can't complete a service we'll because you are so understaffed then you shouldn't do it. Don't go here if you don't want your whole evening taken up just to eat dinner.

Can't wait to go back when they have a new manager that doesn't throw temper tantrums and doesn't allow smoking in the kitchen next to the prep station.

The salmon marinade was not the best. The salmon was smothered in it with more on the side. I would rather a cream dill sauce on the side. I should have read the fine print closer.
The salad bar and fresh bread were very good!

With Covid all restaurants are doing their best to accomodate patrons and follow the rules of the state. The Chalet has always done an outstanding job operating under very difficult circumstances as well as other restaurants in our community. I have always had friendly and respectful conversation with all at the restaurant and food has been excellent. I think all the ney talkers need to be more supportive to the businesses who are trying to get through this pandemic and stop being crying ninnies during this most difficult 9 months of a pandemic......stand strong Club Chalet.

We went to Club Chalet at 5:30pm on 1-5-13, a Sat night. We were seated immediately and had the best waiter, Brady. He accommodated us to the Nth degree. I indulge in prime rib once a yr and it was absolutely perfect! We love the classic relaxed supper club atmosphere, menu, and good prices. I will be bringing my mother and her friends there soon for a lovely meal.

we had our wedding dinner at the chalet. I called for reservations and asked if they could accommodate a table of 16---no problem I was told. We ended up having 2 tables and when I asked why we were not all together I was told they couldn't do that--that was BS--they had plenty of room to set up one long table and still have room for the few other people eating--upset YES totally and the service was extremely poor. Food was not what it use to be.Had to ask for menu's 3 times before we got them and our reservation didn't seem to matter. I have always bragged up the chalet but I have seen much better service and food after this ordeal. There should not be attitudes handed out to paying customers.

We went to the restaraunt last night and ordered steak and lobster. The steak was less than 1/4 inch thick and the lobster was dry and tough. My husband and I eat out frequently and I can tell you, we will not go back to this restaurant.
