I am absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed with the service at this establishment. I decided to take my children (one being disabled) to get ice cream about a week ago and the immature behavior by the staff was appalling. The two employees working were anything but patient with my son as he ordered and were physically whispering and giggling to one another. It makes me extremely sad because I always knew this establishment was known for its hardworking and kind staff but I received the complete opposite treatment. When I asked to speak with the person in charge of the shop, they let me know she was "out of town". Low and behold the owner of the store drove up to the parking lot and went right in. I was in absolute shock. I tried to wave down the owner, she didn't respond to me and walked past where I was standing (she could have possibly not heard or seen me but at this point I'm not sure). I hope the two young girls working there got what they needed out of making my son and I very upset. I hope no one else has to endure the public reticule we received. Please, do BETTER or CHANGE your attitude towards people with disabilities, along with any other customer who may need some patience and compassion.

Just tried it out for the first time and there ice cream is amazing will keep coming there till they close

Such a sweet family owned place. Great prices, wonderful service, and the fact that it is open only part of the year makes it extra special.
