The pasta dishes at Luigi's are consistently tasty, with good flavors and a fast service. The ambiance is upbeat and the service is great, making for a very enjoyable dining experience with my wife.

The food is absolutely delicious! The portion size is definitely more than one would expect. Everyone is always so friendly and my waitress, Stacy (who always writes thank you on my check) is always all smiles! She is super friendly, never acts aggravated when we need something...even if she obviously has her hands full or if she is not our waitress, also remembers mine and my wife's preferences. I give her my order and she remembers I always add mushrooms--even if I forget to say it she will ask "did you want to a dd your mushrooms? THAT is amazing service!! The owner regularly comes into the dining room to greet each table, which definitely shows he cares about his customers! I once watched as another waitress addressed a mistake at a table near us. Whether she had made the mistake or the kitchen had was never announced and mistake was quickly fixed, when the people were finished, the waitress brought out a dessert and said here ya go guys--from frank-on the house". Everyone is so wonderful!! And the food...WONDERFUL!!!

Terrible customer service by manager. Called ahead with order for 2 pizzas using BOGO coupon. Arrived to pick up pizzas and was handed one pizza. Manager preceded to tell me it would be just "one minute." I watched as the staff prepared my pizza, then I asked the manager if that was my second pizza going into the oven. It was. So I sat and waited. Ten minutes later, I get out to the car with two pizzas, open the box, and find the first pizza is a 2 topping pizza, not the eight topping special I paid for. So back in I go, show him my twice incorrect order, and ask how they're going to fix it. I am told they'll make me the special and it'll be "five minutes." I say no way, I've already had to wait (with my family in the car) and I don't believe it will be 5 minutes. I just observed how long it takes to make a new pizza. So the manager gives me a refund and TAKES THE PIZZAS BACK! Tells me that's all he will do. I was incredulous. At no time was I ever rude, loud or profane. I will never go there again, and I would advise anyone to avoid this Pizza Nazi.
