I love this place and support them as often as I can. The food is wonderful, made fresh daily, and very affordable. They also have a nice variety of items to choose from. The owners, Freddie and Sherry, are terrific. If you are ever in downtown High Point, give this restaurant a try. You won't be disappointed.

If Basil's good food doesn't get you, the friendliness of their owners sure will! They speak Spanish, as well, for anyone that may need help with ordering, for which Spanish is their 1st language. This place has a wonderful story to tell regarding its name; ask the owners about it. I first stopped to get food from here so as to help a small business owner from my neighborhood, but it has quickly become one of my favorite places to grab a bite. Be sure to try their jalapeno-cucumber sauce; it is so delicious! Check out BASIL the next time you want to grab lunch; I think you will be happy you did.
