During my recent family dinner outing, we found the buffet selection to be satisfying, with standout dishes like the sweet & sour chicken and pepper steak. The service was prompt, and the staff was attentive to our needs. Despite a few minor hiccups, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I would definitely consider returning for another meal.

My Family has ate there for years & years, it WAS so Delicious! Now new Owners food IS NOT the sane an prices have sky rocketed!! My family of 10 use to eat there Every week, NOT ANYMORE 😢😢😢

We have been going here for the last 11 years- recently the operation has changed "management"- I could call an order in be 15 minutes or less now it is up to 30 minutes. On top of that, the quality has gone down and prices way up!! Spare Ribs are no longer a menu item, the crab wontons were a different shape and softer texture, not crispy, flat as opposed to the 4 point fold up and much sweeter, like a dessert. The fried rice no longer has pea's, carrot, onion, only some scrambled egg and not seasoned much at all. The eggrolls are a different stuffing, also softer, not crispy. Shrimp Lo Mein used to be $7.95 now almost $12.00. we paid $28.79 for 1 Shrimp platter Lo Mein Combo (had to go back to get the fried rice and eggroll left off, 2 Eggrolls, chicken wings, crab wontons, and steamed dumplings. From previous menu this would have been about $22.00 with tax. I get price increases, but let's not lower the quality AND raise the price. Next time- China Capital or China Garden- hopefully they have not changed so dramatically. I suggest you get the previous management back and get some training on what worked before and step up your game.

I only get takeout, but everything I've had over the years has been very good.

Food is very fresh and good. I have been eating at Bamboo since they opened. Staff are friendly and helpful with great attitudes.
