I just had the most insane experience at this store tonight. I placed an online order. When I arrived, the employee told me they were working on it, no biggie. 10 minutes later, he couldn't find my order. When he did, it'd been sitting there for 15 minutes, and they didn't have part of my order in stock. Ok fine, that happens. When I asked for a refund for that portion, he didn't know how to do that and actually handed me his PERSONAL cell phone (during a pandemic!?! GROSS!) to talk to his boss for him! She was unable to help me either, telling me to go back through the app (which is in correct, per corporate only the store can issue a refund). So not only was my order incomplete, but after waiting for my food for 15 minutes it was cold and inedible. Clearly staff at all levels need training in process and customer service! Nobody was wearing a mask properly either and when the employee got close to me to look over my shoulder at my order, I asked him to put on his mask. He rolled his eyes at me! I get that everyone is understaffed, but seriously, what a horrendous experience. Will not be returning!
