The food, service, and pricing at this hibachi spot are all fantastic. I had the chicken and rice with zucchini for just $9.09, which was a great deal. The place is a bit small but the food is always on point, so I'll definitely be coming back to try more dishes.

I came here tonight and ordered hibachi chicken. When I got home I had about five small pieces of chicken with A LOT of rice. They did seem to be extremely busy but even so I deserve to get what I paid for. I called to let them know about it and the guy who answered the phone told me to come back to get a side of chicken. At this point I'm home and the restaurant is about 20 minutes away so I wasn't driving back. I told him I could come tomorrow and I asked for his name. He did not want to give me his name which only makes me think if I go he's going to act like he doesn't know what I'm talking about and no one else will know either. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Worst lunch experience ever!!! The place was busy, I ordered my food. 35 minutes later - still nothing. I had to ask twice. They finally took someone else's order and gave it to me. Hibachi chicken doesn't take that long to cook! They were not putting the orders in the order recevied. People that came in 15 minutes after me got their food before I did. The most unorganized chaos I've ever seen. I can't even enjoy the food because I used my entire lunch break just waiting on a stupid order. Will never eat there again.

The food is alright, but when you drive directly pass Kobe of Japan and go allll the way to High Point to Tokyo Express there’s an issue!!! Customer Service is the key to success and They just don’t get it..... poor customer service.... Remember they need us to be successful.....

One of the best japanese fast food place.Unfortunately the staff is very unfriendly..seems like they dont care about customers..that alone makes me not go back .!

I love this restaurant but the short wanta be diesel man (with the tattoo on his arm) at the register has a very very horrible attitude. Everyone else is kind and friendly.
