Delicious seafood and friendly service. The fried popcorn shrimp and flounder special was hot, tasty, and worth every penny.

I live in the n. main section of town and have not been to skippers in the last 17 to 20 yrs. so I thought Id give it a try, you know something different. boy was I wrong!! ordered shrimp alfredo and ended up with fettuccine alfredo that had no taste at all. took the food back not 15 minutes later and they said they did not remember me bs!!. told them the situation and they added the tasteless shrimp. people of high point I will never,ever,ever,ever,ever visit that establishment again. CAREFUL

You need to change cooks. We ordered flounder which is usually the best around the triad. But no more. Before we ate here and the flounder was so greasy you couldn't eat it. This time we thought we'd try once more and it was cooked so done you couldn't cut it with a knife. I don't think we'll be back again. Don't understand how you can ruin the best flounder in the triad.

I use to love this place even after going up on price. But my experience there has gotten worse each time. This last time is the final straw. I called in order and was repeated back just like I ordered. But when I arrived they had one order wrong and told me that was what I ordered. Then told me they could add extra piece of catfish but it would cost extra even after they gave me the wrong plate without salt and pepper fish and shrimp. To top it off I didn't receive slaw or sauce for that plate. Then they didn't put the lid on slaw and cocktail sauce right so it came thru bag and got everywhere and in my truck. Last thing while standing there I happen to look up at ceiling and noticed that most of it was black not white anymore. So when was the last time they cleaned that place.

Went to Skippers Seafood on my Birthday & it was a horrible dining experience. First, it took 33 minutes to get our food & then they had the audacity to bring cold food to our table & I mean cold. Second, the customer service relationship is also as horrible as their food/service. We sat there & watch patrons receive their food in 10 minutes, I timed it.Sent my wife plate back but I did keep mine because warm food is really okay with me. Finally, we all this was brought to their attention, they just said sorry & nothing we can do but shrugged their shoulders. I felt they are not customer oriented only mony hunger cause they could have bad a bad thing better.. I will never in life go there again & will not refer anyone there. I drive a commerical vehical & people always looking for place to eat, believe me Skippers Seafood will not be on my lips.😡😡😡😡😡😢😢

We always loved to eat at Skippers because they "had" the best flounder. But the last couple times we ate there it was so greasy. I don't know what changed but it's ruinng your business. Your flounder use to be the best around anywhere. We always bragged on it, but sorry we can't anymore.

we went on a Saturday night [last night] thinking they would be busy and the food would be hot and fresh. Our food came out looking fairly good but the flounder was dry and the oyster's were greasy. The service was pitiful and when I went to pay no one bothered to ask if we enjoyed it . I understood why when the door to the kitchen opened and I saw sheet pans of fish fried up waiting to be heated back up in the fryer and served . By far the worst dining experience in High Point , pitiful !
