I've been going to this restaurant since I first moved to Greenswboro in 1976 - owners have changed, but food is still as delicious as ever. Never had anything I do not like - but recently tried their baked chicken and it was outstanding. Never had their sausage and gravy biscuit as Mike talked about above, but will soon - it's one of my fav breakfast meals. I tried their macroni salad recently after I was craving my aunt's she use to make, went back for more yesterday and did not even see if on their menu - and I was craving it. Anyway, hate they only stay opened till 2:30. YUMMY place to eat.

Spring Valley has one of the best breakfasts in Greensboro. Their sausage & gravy biscuits are the best! All types of breakfast food is served until 10:30am daily. Good home cooking is available for lunch time with the menu changing daily. Frank's fish fry on Friday is fantastic. Lunch is served until 2:30pm Monday through Friday. Breakfast only on Saturday. I've been gong to the restaurant for over 20 years. A good place for family and friends.
