This charming hot dog joint at UNC-G is a nostalgic experience that transports you back in time. The red hot dogs are a unique treat, and while the ice cream is delicious, I found the milkshake to be a bit too milky for my taste. The friendly staff and quick service make it an enjoyable stop for a casual meal and some classic desserts.

My Dad went to UNCG years ago and took me to Yum Yum before a concert there ago as a kid. 20 years later, I still make sure any time I'm near Greensboro, I stop in for a couple Dogs all the way, a couple Cheerwines (glass bottles, and return them), and you can't leave without at least one scoop of the best ice cream you'll ever have. I always liked their Black Cherry, but this time of year, Dad and I have already talked about coming down and getting their amazing Egg Nog Ice Cream. As a chef, when you want some comfort food, Yum Yum is the best.

I went to Yum Yum's about 2 months ago. First time since the original ownership.
Quality had significantly decreased. 'Ice cream' was more like the old ice milk days and did not have even half the flavor.
Won't go back.

I hate we are losing Yum Yum. I dont see the new owners are keeping it open. I took EVERYBODY--family and friends to Yum Yum, and they loved it. :(((((((
