We just had lunch takeout for today. The girl took the order, and we waited for almost half hour for our takeout. Then, she charged us almost 20% for gratuity, even we did not eat inside of the restaurant. she gave me bunch of nonsense (something has to do with their kitchen, who knows?) when being asked of forced gratuity. She was not friendly or courteous, either. On top of that, she passed on the credit card transaction fee to me. The food is average, I do not think they are that excellent after eating seafood in New England for many years, but service and extra fees are like high-way robbery. This is the first time and last time to visit this bandit restaurant. You can enjoy much better food and service in other restaurants in town.
