I've been searching for a satisfying vegetarian banh mi and finally found one at Banh Mi Saigon. With two tofu options to choose from, I opted for the curry tofu and was pleasantly surprised by its delicious flavor and generous fillings. The sandwich was a perfect blend of crunchy bread, flavorful tofu, and fresh vegetables, making it a must-try for any banh mi enthusiast in Greensboro.
