I have dined at Ben's Deli multiple times and have consistently experienced great food and excellent service. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable, making it worth the visit. The shrimp Po' boy was a standout dish, and I would suggest calling ahead due to the cash-only policy.

We always get lg amount of food. And compare to other deli.s couple dollars cheaper i love the hot sausage poboy. Also cajun frys. Wife likes shimp poboy or lomain or fry rice....all excelent

I want to asked bens delie they have a phone but want answer it. Before the virus you were picking up.there are some of us that don't to stand out side in the heat or stand the chance of getting contagious.there. are older people who likes your food but can't sit or stand like that.so answer your phone and take other orders

Very disappointed 😞. I ordered a burger poboy. I was craving a homemade burger and I decided to ho with Ben's. Wrong move! The meat is PAPER THIN., I DIDNT EVEN KNOW BURGER MEAT COULD BE SO THIN so I know if was either not real beef or some kind of patty. Also I got an egg roll, extra extra small and disgusting. Stick to the Seafood's, they do such a good job and the portions are HUGE but they not so good with the burgers at all of the disgusting egg roll. My rating is not for everything but for the burgers and egg rolls. On yea, the lady at the wrong is not very friendly.. At all I wish I could upload a picture but it won't allow me to.

LARGE PORTIONS of comfort food has me going back to enjoy this neighborhood restaurant located on Pass Road in Gulfport. The owners and employee's work hard and it shows in the quality of the food prepared fresh and fast. Great prices too. If you go and eat in, know and understand its at the counter and seating is limited, so consider take out, but try both to enjoy this established eatery. I call in an order and 15 to 20 minutes later my order is ready. I have had the fried shrimp plate $10.95 which comes with a heaping amount of tasty shrimp, rolls, hush puppies, potato salad and fries. The portion is so big, two people can share it. The batter used for the fried shrimp is excellent. It has a unique and slight sweetness and is lite enough that its not the traditional, heavy southern deep fried taste. I had a shrimp plate, shrimp fried rice and two egg rolls. Total was $22.11. Three people ate on this which equated to $7.37 each. On another visit, I had a half fish and half oyster plate. The oysters were small and the fish, while good, had only two filets. The menu has some Asian items and I'm looking forward to sampling those too but my next trip with be for the sausage Po Boy.

Great price to eat at for the price and the amount of food but I was sick after. I have ate there before and felt uneasy after. Everything tastes the same due to the fact that they cook everything in the same grease. My fried rice tastes the same as my fish plate. The girl in the front could of been nicer bs more greeting.

A rating hanging on wall but looked super dirty. However, food was delicious and well priced. The girl taking orders was very rude- not welcoming or friendly and didn't even say Thank you.

If you plan on eating at Ben's go hungry. Seafood, Shrimp amd Catfish platters ate served in "to go" trays with rubberbands that attempt to hold the lids partially closed. Shrimp are lightly battered which adds to the flavor. Lo Mein and fried rice can't be beat!
