Lakeview Catfish is a locally owned Seafood & Grill Restaurant that has been a staple to it's community for more than 50 years!! Sunday through Tuesday we offer a lunch Buffet as where Thursday through Saturday we are dine in menu service only. We use ONLY MS farm raised Catfish, Simmons to be exact, and we are proud of it! We strive to treat every guest that walks through our doors as if they are family.

The hours listed online and on the door are incorrect, as the actual hours are lunchtime on Sundays and 4:30 - 9:00 on Monday to Wednesday, the restaurant specializes in fish dishes during the lunchtime buffet while offering a more diverse dinner menu, and although prices are on the higher side, the excellent food, such as the spicy gumbo, crispy chicken, and perfectly seasoned cheese grits, combined with the warm southern hospitality from the attentive staff, make it a memorable dining experience worth the drive.

Their hours are inconsistent, with the posted times differing from the actual schedule. Specializing in fish dishes for lunch and offering a diverse dinner menu, the restaurant impresses with its hot and spicy gumbo and generous portions. Despite the slightly dim interior, the simple and tasteful decor sets a welcoming ambiance for diners.

My family and I go here often, they have the best fried fish on the coast and the service to match it! My husband got the steak last time and it was one of the best steaks he said he has eaten is a long time! We love going to Lakeview, they know us by name now when we walk in the door! Do your self a favor and go check them out! Their sunday seafood buffet is delicious we go just about every sunday after church!

Very disappointing!

We just ate at lake view and we were really disappointed. There fried shrimp was awful. It is usually very good but they started using different breading. If something is great why change it. We will not go back.
