I have been eating at Yuki's for over twenty years now. I love the food. My family loves the food. Very rarely have I had bad service. I hate that the other person had a bad experience. Yuki's doesn't pretend to be a five star restaurant with five star service. It's simply reasonably priced, good food and sushi! Take out is always an option.

I have been eating here since I first came to Biloxi. Unlike the previous review someone did, I have always been greated and seated by a hostess as soon as I've walked in. The food is always consistently good. I will admit that I only order two different things...the sweat and sour chicken and the terachi chicken, but I am hooked on those two itesm.
I took family members who came to visit 2 years ago and they loved it. In fact, they just came back for another visit and the first thing they said they would like to do is go to Yuki's.
If you had a bad time there, maybe it was simply an off day for them. I think the full house they have every day for lunch and the nearly full house they have every evening speaks to the quality and value of Yuki's. Give them another try, maybe your experience will be better!

This must be a local place to eat. Nothing about it was professional at all. My military guests and I had to track down the hostess in order to be seated. Once seated, the male waiter (who shall remain nameless) said nothing. He simply placed menus in front of us and walked away.
One of my guests and I asked for water with lemon. Once we noticed that the glasses only had one lemon slice in them, we asked for additional lemons. The waiter instantly gained an attitude. He brought the lemons and set them on the other side of the table. Another guest had to pass them to us. The soup came, which is egg drop soup. I asked the waiter if I could substitute the soup for another type. He replied by saying I would have to pay extra. I declined instead.
The cook was very entertaining however, and the food was very good. Eventually, the waiter brought the salad out as the cook was preparing the food. The salad was basically presented in a soup bowl with hardly enough salad in it. Finally, it was time to pay the bill. I went to find a manager.
I explained to her that I did not want to have any portion of my bill removed as I believe in paying for what you received. But I wanted to leave her with a little feedback. As I was speaking with her, the waiter walked up and said, "If you wanted to substitute the soup for a salad, you could have." I did not welcome his smart remark. Instead I let him know that I was not an employee at the establishment and would not know that because he did not make me aware when I brought up the issue of the soup in the beginning. Furthermore, it does not say in the menu that substitutions are allowed nor what type of soup is offered. Its poor customer service practice to assume your customer is the expert. Thats your job. Then I kindly thanked the manager for listening and notified the waiter that he had sealed his tipping fate with his smart mouth.
Long story short, NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN and I am in the process of letting everyone at Keesler AFB know about this atrocity of a dining experience!
