While on vacation in Biloxi with my wife. We decided we would eat at this establishment for not only Father's day but for our 12 year anniversary. I ordered the 12 oz ribeye cooked medium rare and my wife ordered the filet cooked medium. When our food arrived I cut my steak in half to find that it was rare. Dark purple rare. I brought this to the attention of our server Natalie, who told us that she would have it taken care of. Shortly after she took my steak away the manager, who said his name was Wayne but would not give a last name, came to our table. This is when the experience went downhill. When he arrived he came in a very rude manner, asking if we were the ones that sent the food back, never once apologizing for the inconvenience, and then began to tell me that they were putting my steak back on the grill. Now at this point we had already been in there for well over an hour waiting on our food. Once I heard him say that he was going to put the two halves back on the grill I informed him that I did not want the steak done like that. Myself a avid steak eater and cooker know that if you put a steak that's been cut in half back on the grill you dry it out and ruin the steak. Upon telling the manager I didn't want it. He rudely said " do you just want another one ". I then informed him no just remove it from the bill, that I had already waited too long. So he sternly are rudely said to us "Fine" and walked off. Afterwards the waitress came back to apologize and ask if the manager had came over. My wife didn't informed her that yes he came but he very rude and my wife said he was acting like a d**k. This was what she said to the waitress never to the manager. Now we were having a candid conversation with the waitress because she felt like it was her fault and kept apologizing. So we were just having a conversation to assure her it was not her fault and to make her feel okay. So she left, and shortly after the manager comes back. He lays the the bill on the table and says "since I'm a d**k you can just pay your bill and get out of my restaurant." Those were his words exactly. I then in a calm manner, as calm as I could possibly be, informed him that he was not going to come to the table that my wife was sitting at eating and cuss at us. He then began to argue with me. He he got very belligerent and kept using the word d**k over and over again. I tried my best to keep my calm and explain to him that he was not going to talk that way in front of my wife. He then said he didn't care. It took all I had to pay the bill and leave that restaurant. I have never in the 42 years I have been on this Earth had anyone in that industry especially in a manager's position speak to me or hear them speak to another customer that way. It was very unprofessional and I feel that everyone should know how this man acted and how I was treated at this restaurant. I'm going to make it a point to put this review on each and every possible site I can. Oh and then when asked for corporate's number he gave me the wrong number. But that's okay I found the right one.
