Service at Hibachi Express is consistently exceptional, with attentive and professional staff. The food is always delicious, with generous portions and prompt service for takeout orders.

I wanted to introduce my 3 year old grand-daughter to a Habachi experience; well, it was not a good experience; I'm allergic to shrimp, and they wouldn't substitute anything on the menu for it (STRIKE ONE); we ordered steak and chicken $20 (plus $5 for baby... not bad). We sat down on the left side of the table (STRIKE TWO!); he served from right to left, so by the time he got to us, we received the "left-overs" barely any steak, and he cooked the chicken after he cooked the shrimp/lobster (STRIKE THREE). I should also mention to wear a bathing suit because the cook gave my baby a shower with a doll that wee-wee (to put it nicely) on her... at three she had enough indignation for both of us... (STRIKE FOUR, FIVE AND SIX). I've eaten at this restaurant several times and enjoyed the food, but this experience leaves nothing to be desired. By the time we had drinks, appetisers and tip, the bill was $45. Could have done much better elsewhere, and there won't be another chance. THUMBS DOWN!!!!!!!
