this burger shack has always been the most respectful to us as customers from day one. now that we're regulars, we still see new people treated the same just as great as old friends! I personally know the guy that left a mean comment, Jeremy smith and unfortunately his wife too and they try to bash everything they come in contact with and always try to get something for free. i'll never say my name because I have to deal with him on a regular basis. god help us all for their poor comments. and especially on a place that strives to put their customers first. wonder who else theyre trying to hurt. need prayer

We eat LBBS two three time a month and have always got a good burger and fries. If you like a burger with pop try the Fiery jalapeño burger or if just wanting a good flavored end burger without firing up grill you can't go wrong with the laid back burger.

This is a very, very poor restaurant. I (Jeremy Smith) just picked up an order. It was made incorrectly. I ordered a double hamburger fries and a sweet tea. The hamburger was ordered with mayo, ketchup, lettuce, pickles. It was made with mustard, tomato, onion. Exactly what I did not ask for. I returned my burger for a refund. I would have returned the fries also, but I never received them to start with. A burger and a cup of tea was ungodly priced are 10.16. Not to mention the worst order of invisible fries that I ever received. The order was returned to just get a refund but I was told that the owner wasn't there so I couldn't get a refund. They told me they would redo my order, but no refund. My wife called back up there and just wanted the owners name and number , but was also told that they wouldn't give his name or number out but would kindly take mine and give to the owner at their convenience.
