During a recent visit to Up In Smoke, I was blown away by the incredible flavors and quality of their BBQ. As a native Texan, I can confidently say this is the best brisket I've ever had, and the pulled pork was equally amazing. The friendly staff and cozy atmosphere made the experience memorable, and I can't wait to return for more delicious meals.

Hard to find good brisket...until now. Melt in your mouth. Good pulled pork too but if you like brisket, this is the place. Spicy slaw is also so good. Going to buy lb of bacon to try next time.
