I'm ACTUALLY RESPONDING TO A REVIEW WRITTEN BY A JENNY FOXY, FIRST OF ALL I DON'T APPRECIATE THE LIES YOUR TELLING ABOUT MY PIZZA PLACE, NO ONE EVER ROBBED YOUR CAR FROM MY SHOP, AND AS FAR AS AN 11 YEAR OLD TAKING ORDERS THAT'S A LIE ALSO, AND THE OTHER LIE IS ABOUT THE MOVIE PLAYING, REASON THAT'S A LIE IS BECAUSE THE TV DOESN'T EVEN WORK!!!! And THE OTHER FUNNY THING IS WE DON'T EVEN SELL FRIED CHICKEN, SO NEXT TIME PICK SOMETHING THAT'S ACTUALLY ON THE MENU!!!! I WILL NOT LET SOMEONE ACCUSE MY EMPLOYEES OR ME OF STEALING!!! I DON'T APPRECIATE PEOPLE SPREADING LIES ABOUT MY PIZZA PLACE, WE TAKE VERY GOOD CARE OF OUR CUSTOMERS, AND WE TAKE PRIDE IN OUR FOOD!!!

NICKS IS NOW UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT, WE TAKE PRIDE IN OUR FOOD THAT GOES OUT, EVERYTHING IS FRESH AND COOKED TO PERFECTION GIVE US ONE MORE CHANCE, AND WE WILL SHOW YOU HOW MUCH BETTER OUR FOOD IS!!!!! THANKS

This has been a terrible experience. Staff of a child crises unit (from head doctor down) ordered lunch from Nick's. Almost two hours and after 2 more phone calls, part of the food arrived (at 1:45 PM). It was less than room temperature which made it very difficult to tell how it tasted, other than tasteless. And not all of the order was there. One more called made. It is now 2:05 and people are still waiting for their food.To be continued. No apologies given. Remainder of order arrived at 2:30. Would not order from this place again.

I just order stuff shells and omg it smell rotten will never other from them again yuck!!!!

Nicks pizza is by far the worst business I have ever encountered. I recently ordered pizzas from them and the driver showed up late with only half my order. He took all of the money and promised to return but never did. I was hung up on, called a liar, and insulted. Three hours later someone brought the wrong pizza and refused to give me my money back, laughing in my face. Terrible customer service.

I have worked at Hartford Hospital for 8 years, and I have ordered grilled chicken salad from them and grinders on many, many, many occassions, and let me tell you, they are SLAMTASTIC!!!! I highly recommend them!!

I manage a hotel who advertised Nicks Pizza. Today I ordered for myself and a front desk agent a sandwich and a dessert. My turkey club was not cut stuffed in a small box, no pickle and burnt bacon! I tipped the driver $5.00 on a 15.00 bill! I called to speak to the manager as I would be embarassed to have this served to any of my guests. We will no longer be recommending Nicks Pizza. When I called the hostess said she was only one there and hung up on me. In this economy--good luck!
