I found this cute little spot that's part corner mart, part donut shop, and part sandwich shop. The prices are really affordable - I got a large coffee and donut for just $5! The inside is cozy and relaxing, perfect for enjoying your coffee. It seems like a neighborhood favorite, with locals chatting and enjoying their treats.
