The restaurant is known for its large platter that is perfect for groups of 7 or more due to its generous portion size. The frappes are a popular choice among customers for their amazing flavors and refreshing taste.

Trash Basura!!! From the moment we walked in until the moment we left!! Covid is no excuse for poor personalities, poor customer service, poor quality food. OMG we walk in we stand at the counter, they are serving someone else. Ok fine we stand to the side, here comes some random employee from out of the blue asking if we were with the customer being served. Our response "no" she starts barking orders you stand over here then directing the next customer to stand behind us over there. The customer at the counter finally finishes. No
One says "next" or "can I help you?" Nothing so I step up to the window area where who knows what she is starts clicking her obscenely long and ghetto fabulous nails yelling at me to sanitize my hands, my fiancí© had sanitized when we walked in the door but she continues to yell at him to sanitize. I repeat multiple times he already sanitized. Meanwhile this female does not take our order, nor does she take our payment. Another female does that. We order steak and cheese with everything a Cubana with everything. We try to order papa rellena they are out, try to order empanadas again they are out. I order a parcha frappe he orders a coke. We are told, "Go outside wait for your food" meanwhile every table is full inside I thought it was still only outdoor dining. Whatever, I tell my fiancí© wait got me outside I need to use the restroom. Another female patron tells me the ladies room is not flushing. I begin to walk into the men's room(they are single person restrooms). The female who took my order behind to walk by me and proceeds to tell
me I cannot use the men's room. I tell her "for my $35.00 meal for two sandwiches and two drinks watch me" I proceed to use the restroom and go outside to wait. My parcha frappe ha!! They handed me a box of passion fruit juice, not even a cup. We go to have a picnic in the park the steak and cheese with everything was a pork and cheese with nothing. The cubano was ham turkey salami or pepperoni definitely not a cubano. Worst experience ever!! Save your money.

Spent $30 for a sandwich, empanada and 2 frappes. Waiting 2 hours for said order, only to leave with a cold sandwich, and watery frappe. I had some of my boyfriends frappe which was slightly better, but was still disappointing. And the empanada had empaNADA inside. Their customer service is also lacking... While I was there, one of the ladies working there cleaned one table, and refused to clean another table that a guest requested to sit at. She said she was going to have to wait standing up or sit down at the recently cleaned table. My table was atrocious as well, but I didn't bother asking to have the table cleaned due to the attitude the worker gave the guest when they made the same request.
