We moved to Pennsylvania from Connecticut 3 1/2 years ago, and always go to Mozzicato's when we visit Connecticut. As far as we are concerned, there is no other Italian bakery / pastry shop worth going to. This was our first visit to the Rocky hill location. all I can say is WOW. Gino outdid himself in Rocky Hill. I bought more than 3 pounds of cookies on Saturday, and my wife went back on Sunday for some pastries that she likes, about $ 19.00 worth. We will be back in October

The service staff is so disinterested in service. Went in to get a croissant & coffee. Attendant seemed totally like I don't give a fuk... Asked for regarncoffee and it seems the gals were more interested in discussing their medically appointments.
Walked out w/ok no the coffee which sho up ld have been simple no pour. There better freaking service @ a MacDonalds..& the coffee is much better...This place needs to get of its high horse & focus on service...

Yesterday I bought 3 zepppole 1 ricotta, 1 vanila and 1 chocolate. Cut the chocolate one today and it was horrible. Terrible spoiled taste. I didn't taste the other 2. I called the store, the clerk apologized and said come in for a refund. I did just that and brought the zeppole with me. I explained again why I was returning them. I did not want a replacement just a refund. She went in the back room, came out and said the manager is in a meeting, leave your name and phone number. That means I have to wait for her call and make a return trip. For what! Reluctantly, I settled for a replacement. The clerk said it will be fresh! Still fuming I returned home. Guess what. The chocolate cream tastes the same. If that zeppola was filled from the same batch of cream it will still be spoiled! And they are now $4 each! I had another bad experience last year at Mozzicato's. I will no longer buy anything there. By the way, the "manager" was in the back room filling pastries, not attending a meeting. They just didn't want to refund any money.

I go there with my parents all the time! Everyone is very nice and serve you pretty quickly!

Just for moldy pastry. Wtf? It must have been days old, and that's what you serve? You could hurt people selling stuff like that. Never going back!
