I just went to KFC and ordered a To-Go cup with popcorn chicken. First thing that went wrong was the cashier dropped my change in the snow outside the window and said "oh well if you want to dig for it you can, but I'm not"...so I was out the change...Then when I opened my cup I was upset to see that I got a 4 LITTLE popcorn chickens...I brought it back inside, spoke to the manager, who took it in the back and added MORE potatoes to the container instead of chicken....When i pointed this out he offered NO explanation. I will NEVER go back to that KFC again...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR MANAGEMENT !
