Growing up, this local spot has always been a favorite of mine. The thin, crispy pizzas never fail to impress, and the service is consistently polite and efficient. They truly exceeded my expectations by promptly addressing and resolving an issue with my order, going as far as providing a full refund and a complimentary meal.

They are never consistent with how your pizza is made to when you recieve it.
There is no great pizza in Bristol so they have an opportunity to be great if they cared.You can order the same thing every week for 4 weeks and each time it will be different. Then using the app is useless they will text you saying it's on its way and then show up 30 minutes later and the pizza is luke warm.
I should not have to put a pizza pie in the oven at home once I get it cause it's not hot.
You can only complain so many times.When I thought of good pizza in Bristol I always thought of Hometown Pizza or Chunky Tomato but for sometime now they both have dropped the ball new owners Idk?The same goes with alot of these places overcharging you for mediocre food when we can make it better at home! I'm done with these places!
