I have been a customer for many years. I love the food. Today I decided to try delivery. Although I live in the next town over, I am out of the delivery area. I decided to order online and pick it up. The Grub Hub menu is not the same as the regular menu. Although it is Sunday, the turkey wings, cabbage and several other things were not on the online menu. I ordered something else but not satisfied that I couldn't get what I wanted. For the first time in years I am unhappy with Hot Pots (maybe I should be unhappy with Grub Hub}. The menu on Grub Hub sucks!

The food is always good.
I expected the waiting area to be a little snazzier! They didn't spend one damn dime on aesthetics. The waiting area looks like a dump!
I don't think they really "value" their loyal customers.

The food is amazing well worth the wait and the prices are so reasonable if you don't feel like cooking and went on soul food meal this is the place to go

After waiting an hour one of my sides was not ready with the rest of food. And I didn't want any longer to get it. Very upset and they need to get organized on taking orders and directing people to leave a phone number when the food is ready

Worth the wait! Food is always good, portions are plentiful. You'll have enough for later, trust me. LOVE THE BBQ SALMON SALAD. Crisp and fresh lettuce all the time. Thursday and Sunday, TURKEY WINGS, YESSSSS!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

In the beginning the food was excellent and huge plates.Now, Not good.Use to give you big portions and spoil you now they cut back on giving you certain items like mac&cheese and other sides,if your going to cut back on portions then cut back on the price and not to mention certain times you simply avoid going, like Sunday after 2. You will not be pleased.

I have been going to Hot Pots for a couple of years and have always been satisfied. The food is very good and you get more than your money's worth . You get at least two days worth. The staff is very nice and treat their customers with the upmost respect.
Every time I go there, there is a line of people. If you want something don't at close to closing Time, because the food will be gone.
I also ordered mac & cheese and fish for a event and I was impressed at the quantity, taste and the packaging of the food. People were asking me who made the fish and mac & cheese .
