I was getting a bit hungry Sat. night so Decided to go to one of my favorite restaurants. When I got to Oyama's I was seated relatively quick, were I then waited for well over an hour for a chef to arrive. Typically this wouldn't bother me so much accept I noticed there were only two chefs, making for long wait times. Even worse then that was the fact only half the place was full. Imagine it was busy, now imagine the wait times!
