They are disconsiderete and rude they advised false discounts saying spend $30 and get free 2 litter soda we had a $27 order and ordered one more item to complete the $30 for the soda and told us menu needed to be updated

Always great pizza, even in the late hours. Service is good, but I always pick up and I have never run into any problems to see how they handle it.

First and last order from here! Upon calling, the person taking my order was rude and rushing me, delivery driver got lost on a drive that only takes 5 minutes from the restaurant, driver also had my full credit card and expiration date written on the back of my order, pizza was cold and barely had sauce. Horrible experience, NEVER AGAIN!

I've been a fan of Empire since the age of 10 when Tony and Taki were the owners. The pizza was beyond perfect and if for some reason you weren't satisfied, Tony would take care of you. I miss those guys. Now the new owners are extremely rude, especially the young son who does whatever he wants when his dad is not around. My understanding is that he drinks while on the job and that makes him want to feel superior over everyone else including the customers who he's very rude to. Just recently we ordered take out and it took 2 phone calls and 1 1/2 hours later to be delivered. We live all but 5 minutes away from the restaurant. The son was extremely rude to my husband on the phone and on the second call we asked for the order to be cancelled and he once again said a few nasty rude comments to my husband and hung up on him. That was uncalled for. Sad to say I will never order from this place again. It has been my favorite pizza for over 20 years but the rudeness towards the customers is uncalled for and should not be.
