The food and staff were both excellent at The Russell, and the pricing was reasonable. I enjoyed my experience there and would consider returning in the future.

Despite Complaints about the fact that the main dish was supposed to have a small amount of dressing on the plate, term used on the menu was drizzled. However the entree was smotheered in the dressing. This was not acceptable to the dine, since the dressing had soaked into the entree and the diner was forced to take the meal home to find someone else who did not mind the excess and overly sweet dressing. The diner missed eating the meal and no other type was offered..
Not only the meal was charged for in full. in addition, the two Staff members found the complaint amusing, which was irritatingto the diner. More would have been made of the service except that the diner's Wife was with him and did not fee llike an extreme fuss which may have produced some results. We used to look forward to eating in this restaurant over the years and only a series of heart surgeries prevented us from visiting until 05/10/08. Now we feel that we can not deal with the present staff that are totally non-responsive to reasonable complaints..
