This place couldn't get order right if their life depended on it. Thier service is pathetic even with lobby closed. My order was completely wrong. NO lobby open to correct. Cashier said I would have to get back in line to get corrected when I walked up to drive thru. Really? Are there no sane adults working here? Where is the owner, let alone a manager? While I was trying to get my order corrected all they were doing was stroking these long fake plastic braids of hair, checking colors on long fake nails and talking about tattoos. Where is current health dept rules? Has the food industry gone rouge? How much is the public supposed to take before we actually get good service, a good food product for our hard-earned dollar. I do not feel sorry that you showed up for work, so do your job with integrity, expediency and professionally and stop blaming those phantom employees that didn't come in. It's not the publics fault. Needless to say, I just got my money back I can't eat food from a place under these conditions.

I never had a complaint about Popeye's in Petal, MS, until today. I ordered mild chicken; I got spicy chicken. I ordered 2 extra sides, a large red beans and rice and cole slaw, I only received the red beans an rice. I love 20 miles away and cannot return. The woman who took my order needs to PAY ATTENTION. It cost me $50 and didn't even receive what I ordered.

In addition to my complaint a few minutes ago, the "large" red beans and rice and cole slaw have been reduced; so in essence, I paid more for less, and less means I didn't even get what I ordered. Times are hard for everyone, including my money, but screwing regular customers is not very smart because I will never return. I live 20 miles from this location and I cannot return. NEVER AGAIN!
