Great service, great food!

Ordered over the phone for wings, was told that it would be 30-35 minutes. Arrived in 30 minutes, checked in with the servers, and waited for another hour and 15 minutes without one employee there asking us if we were OK, or to tell us our order was coming. Other patrons came in after us, were seated, served their order, ate, and left, and we were still waiting on our order. We eventually asked about our order and was told another 10 minutes and it would be ready. Not one person asked if we were ok. Apparently, certain people are not a priority to them. It also helps to not hire uneducated, lazy humans to do your bidding.
