The food truck in front of Don Quijote has quickly become my favorite dining spot in Hawaii, especially for its ribeye steak and shrimp plate that is bursting with flavor. The chef clearly pours his heart into every dish, and the generous portions are enough to feed me for multiple meals. I can't wait to go back and try more from their menu, as each visit has been a delicious experience filled with perfectly cooked veggies and mouthwatering garlic sauce.

I found this amazing food truck in Hawaii that serves the best Ribeye steak and shrimp plate! The chef really puts their heart into every dish, and the flavors are incredible. The garlic sauce over the steak and brown rice is a must-try. I'll definitely be going back for more of this delicious food!
