Wow, what terrible service. Did a phone order, got there about 20 minutes later, paid for my orders & the guy at the register tells me "oh your order is at the kitchen counter, you can bag it yourself." Then I ask, "so what about utensils?" "Oh you can grab it yourself." He was a younger dark skinned Asian kid & this JUST happened today.
Sorry, Hibachi Honolulu, you just lost a lot of loyal customers because myself & a bunch of my co-workers pretty much eat there everyday and we've been eating there more during Covid to support you guys.
I've never had to bag my own food & grab my own utensils at any restaurant. Even McDonald's bags your food for you.
