The best sushi experience in Hilo, hands down. Fresh fish, perfect rice, and friendly service in an intimate setting. Reservations are a must for this gem, known for its impeccable food and personal touch.

I've eaten sushi in Tokyo, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Miami, San Francisco, London and elsewhere - this is as good as or better than any of them! Incredibly fresh, outstanding and friendly service - wonderful in every way. Reservations are booked months in advance and by Hilo standards it is pricey but the wait and the cost are well worth it. Best restaurant on the east side of the Big Island, without a doubt!

Very good food, impeccable ingredients but forget this place because you can never get reservations! They have 6 seats only and there are never any openings for lunch or dinner. You can only get in if you are important or well connected. When you call for a reservation, they tell you they are booked up for a year! What kind of crap is that?
