Such rude and no interest in what the MANAGER said at Eleele Restaurant. Manager Jenne said she has no control what her workers do. I received wrong order and called to explain the mixup only to have no feeling or even an offer of credit. No cream/sugar for coffee and no knife to apply butter/jelly on hotcake and biscuit. Her attitude sucks. You would think they would cater to people because really that's the Only place people have not by choice but because there is no other place to eat. So sad

Worst McDonald's visit ever -
Terrible rude management, no customer service. Can not believe this person calls herself a manager. Feel bad for the crew without any lead and this person as a legend.

Coffee creams, sugar and ketchup are never ready on the weekends, this morning rice was prepared at10:00 am and yet had to cook.managers need to be more responsible.
