My husband and I made the trip to Kauai and heard the buzz about Mama Lucy's serving some of the best Filipino food around. The flavors were on point, especially the Mungo soup and Dinuguan, while the banana lumpia was an absolute treat! We ended up visiting multiple times, and I can't wait to come back for more of that deliciousness!
