I have been to this Outback more then a few times while living in Ewa Beach for the last ten years. I went in tonight because of the Prime rib & Lobster tail that they have on Sundays & Mondays only, this is the second time I had a Prime Rib that was so tough that I took home 3/4 of the Prime Rib to give to my dogs. My other half ordered the Filet and asked for it to be cooked medium and it looked like a Hamburger patty and cooked well done.The management the first time replaced my Prime Rib with the best Rib Eye Steak I ever had, this time the manager took 20% off my bill. This was my second time hoping to have a great Prime Rib dinner only to be not the case. I will never go there again to get a Prime Rib dinner but their Rib Eye was great the last time.
