We are locals and have been here 3 times. We kept trying, but each time the service got worse. This was the last time we'll be going to Banzai. The wait for the food can take over an hour (just for a roll and a few pieces of sushi) and don't expect a second round of drinks or water refills. This time we waited 1 1/2 hours and discovered that they forgot to place our order! This restaurant has the worst, most inattentive service I've ever had in my life. The only reason to go to this restaurant is to practice your patience. And the sushi isn't really worth the wait.
