This restaurant in the Hilton Waikiki Beach hotel is a pleasant surprise, especially since hotel dining can be a bit hit or miss. I tried the Hawaiian Kine with ube English muffins and Kailua pork, and everything was super fresh and cooked just right. Plus, the staff was really friendly, and I can't stop thinking about that huapia cupcake-definitely a must-try!
