I've been going to Saeng's for many years. The garden seating has a nice, pleasant ambience. The food is always good. The only negative thing is the service could be better. I don't think the servers have ever gotten everything right, but it's okay! It's become part of the charm! I recommend this restaurant frequently, but always say that you don't go for the service. For many people I've recommended to Saeng's, they have become regulars.
