What a find! This place is wonderful. Kona doesn't have much to look forward to food wise but Rapa Nui's is a shining ray of light. The location is just ok but the food is excellent and reasonably priced. We came across a great write up in a local paper and so decided to try it out ourselves. It was so memorable that we've been back several times since and we even take friends when they come to town. Oh, and remember to leave room for desert they have some unusual offerings that are well worth trying. My favorite's are the Wasabi Peanut Butter Balls. Sounds weird, I know, but they are dipped in chocolate and have a wonderfully complex flavor.
