The underrated barbecue joint on the Big Island serves the best short ribs I've ever tasted, showcasing fresh ingredients and culinary passion in every bite. From the delicious cheeseburger and fries to the generous portions of the Healthy plates, my husband and I have enjoyed countless meals here over the years, always leaving satisfied and eager for our next visit.
