The food at this restaurant was delicious, and the service was efficient, with our server, Keylyn, providing excellent attention. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it a pleasant experience for our family of eight, especially with the fresh-squeezed orange juice and beautiful pastries. I enjoyed a savory crepe that was rich and flavorful, and I appreciated the unique touches like coffee cubes to keep drinks from getting watered down.

Food and service was good, except long wait while they had lots of empty tables. Black cofee is $6!!!!! We ordered 2 black coffees and both cups had lipstic on it, dicusting!! They were out of orange juice, (no one could go to Kroger around the corner to buy oranges). Man's restroom was out soap and paper towels. Breakfast for 3 people is over $100 with les then perfect experience, not worth it my opinion. I have to say they did give us a complimentary chocolate cake. But we would rather have clean cups then free cake.

Worst service and prices in the area. Arrived 1/2 hour before they were going to close early and we said we just wanted 2 coffees and 2 eclairs. They kicked us out after 15 minutes, and would not even let us sit outside their place. $5.99 a coffee "because that's what Starbucks charges", but not the quality. Never so insulted and angry in all my life. I'd give this zero stars if I could. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Bought a croissant for $6.99, and 2 small lattes each costing $6.99!! Absolutely ridiculous prices. Not sure what possessed me to actually pay for it.
Having travelled throughout Europe and enjoyed many a latte and pastry in France etc"¦ the price tag in Hilton Head, French Bakery was absolutely ridiculous.

I entered the bakery and they were not busy except for one customer at the counter.. I waited 5 minutes. There were 6 people behind the counter and no 1 greeted me and no 1 offered to help me. 1 employee raised their finger to me, apparently telling me she would be with me in a minute and 5 minutes later no 1 waited on me so I left.
