We waited in line for 2 hours just to get into the store. At least the bakery was air conditioned because it was 95degrees outside. The store was crowded and there were no prices or descriptions of the pastries or pies. You were pressured to decide quickly because of the volume of people. The staff seemed put out by having to wait on so many people and weren't very friendly or helpful. The show is more enjoyable than the experience of being there.

Hello Folks at Carlos's Bakery,
I've never been to the bakery, but maybe this summer we will travel back East...we watch the show every time it's on T.V. and love it. That Buddy is some piece of work. Does he ever refuse a customer??? I went to Caldwell College in N.J. and never heard of Buddy's Bakery.I'm looking forward to meeting the gang this summer.I'm from Denver, Colorado.
Best Wishes

My daughter and I recently visited your wonderful Italian Bakery,we have made several trips to New York and try to pick restaurant that we have not tried and things that we have not seen yet on our travels to New York,we decided this trip we were going to take the fairy boat over to the town of Hobo ken new Jersey that we have seen on TLC
it was one of the highlights of our trip and that morning Carlos the owner was there so my daughter and I had our pictures taken with him and he 11 year old son told his mother if you can and Carlos is there could you get a t-shirt of his bakery and have him sign it and Dawson was so happy over that he had a t-shirt signed by Carlos.I enjoyed the bakery for it brought back my memories of my Italian hertiage of the Holiday baking cookies.
Enjoyed the trip to Hobo ken.
