Worst Experience I have ever had with ordering food. Waited for my food for over an hour before I called them. The phone was just put down on me until I was eventually hung up on. This happened twice. Now their line is off the hook and it says the are closed for the night. Still haven't received food.

DOG FOOD! I love Thai, but this place is disgusting.

By far the worst Thai food I have ever had - my wife and I heard good things about this place - so we gave it a try and order take out - the food showed up quickly; however, it was all on the cold side when we opened it up - we both ordered the Pad Thai with chicken which I am not kidding when I say it was down right disgusting - really bad flavor with barely any chicken - even worse, I swear it had been prepared two days ago - it was cold and all congealed together. I called about this - according to them it was not pre-prepared - I find that hard to believe - no offer for a new order or money back - man, what a waste of $40 - I can say this will be my one and only experience with Casual Thai - look elsewhere - this place puts Thai cuisine to shame!

I use take-out, delivery is always fast (20-30 minutes) ... order Steamed Dumplings and Drunken Man Noodles regularly ... good but noodles can use extra sauce which I sometimes ask. In Thailand now, will definitely be trying the rest of the menu upon my return.

not v. good pad thai.
delivery ppl can't really speak english. hard to get an order through, just h ave to be patient.

only the dessert was really edible...where else can u get durian in hoboken? tasted pretty good despite the $6.95 price.

This place is very casual (as the name states), has excellent service - the staff is there to please you and your water glasses are always full.
I love this restaurant and the atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
The food is phenomenal!

Casual Thai has great food, but ordering by phone for delivery is next to impossible. I've tried several times to order things and it takes me 15 minutes to order 2 things. Everytime I've called, I've gotten someone new on the phone, but the problem is always the same...their English is so poor that you have spell everything (and that doesn't make a difference because they've still sent me the wrong food) and forget asking for more info about a particular item. The food is great, but they really need to hire someone who speaks English very clearly to answer their phones.

I went to have sit down dinner with my boyfriend during the week. The hostess greeted us and sat us down. Then, she switched gears and was our waitress..and very horrible at it. She was rude and very snappy. I specifically asked for my food a certain way and thought I was pretty clear, meanwhile, i noticed she wasn't even looking at me as I was ordering. But..I figured..it was alright. Then, my food came out and it was not what I had ordered. And when I brought to her attention, she insisted that was what I ordered rather than change my food. I would never come back here again.
