The fried fish and jumbo shrimp here are outstanding, with the perfect seasoning and just the right amount of breading. If you're in the mood for homestyle fried catfish that reminds me of my mom's cooking, be sure to try it, but keep in mind that calling in on a Friday is a lost cause.

Don't like the fish cause it have that freezer burnt taste to it so they try covering it with a lot of batter so all you taste is peppered batter. Been doing that trick for years now.
